2025 Berea Court Arraignment Schedule

OVI & DUS Offense:  Shall be set on Monday/Friday @ 8:30 a.m. within 5 days of issuance of citation.
In the event of a holiday the arraignment shall be scheduled any day within 5 days of the issuance of the citation.

Traffic Offense: Shall be set on a Friday docket as listed below at 8:30 a.m. 

January: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31    July: 11, 18, 25
February: 7, 14, 21, 28        August: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
March: 7, 14, 21, 28            September: 5, 12, 19, 26   
April: 4, 11, 25                    October: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
May: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30           November: 7, 14, 21
June: 6, 13, 20, 27              December: 5, 12, 19, 26

Criminal Offense and FTA Warrant Arraignment: Shall be set on a Monday docket as listed below at 8:30 a.m. 
In the event of a Monday holiday the arraignment shall be set on the next available Monday docket.

January: 6, 13, 27             July: 7, 14, 21, 28
February: 3, 10, 24            August: 4, 11, 18, 25
March: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31     September: 8, 15, 22, 29
April: 7, 14, 21, 28             October: 6, 20, 27
May: 5, 12, 19                   November: 3, 10, 17, 24
June: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30        December: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
            
Court Holiday’s: Note the Court will be closed the following Holiday’s:

February 17th – President’s Day                November 11th – Veteran’s Day
