Probation Officer Jenelle Baker is responsible for defendants referred to Probation for a Pre-Sentence Investigation and all defendants participating in the DUS Diversion & 1ST Offender Program.

Mon - Fri:
8:30am - 12:00noon; 1:00pm - 4:00pm
YOU MAY COME IN ANYTIME DURING THESE HOURS ON YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DATE – ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. IF COMING ON YOUR LUNCH HOUR, ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU MAY WAIT 5 MINUTES OR ONE HOUR, DEPENDING ON WHO IS AHEAD OF YOU.
APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT TO BE RESCHEDULED UNLESS YOU HAVE PROOF FROM AN EMPLOYER OR IT INTERFERES WITH MEDICAL TREATMENT.
IF YOUR PROBATION OFFICER AGREES TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, THERE WILL BE A $25.00 RESCHEDULING FEE.
