Defense Counsel's Motion to Set Status Hearing is DENIED as moot. The Court finds that the Defendant has a pending warrant.
Defendant must turn themselves in to the Strongsville Police Department to withdraw warrant. Status Hearing will be held upon appearance of Defendant.
