Upon review of Defendant's Motion to Withdraw Warrant, motion is DENIED. Defendant may appear at the Berea Municipal Court on January, 8 2026 at 9:00am to withdraw the warrant.
In the alternative, the Defendant may post a 1500 cash/surety/10% bond to withdraw the warrant and a new date will be set.
