Upon review of Defendant's Motion to Withdraw Warrant, motion is DENIED. Defendant may appear at the Berea Municipal Court on September 12, 2025, at 8:30 AM to withdraw the warrant.
In the alternative, the Defendant may post a $1500 cash/surety/10% bond to withdraw the warrant and a new date will be reset.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
