Upon review of Defendant's Motion to Withdraw Warrant, motion is DENIED. Defendant may appear on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Berea Municipal Court to withdraw the warrant.
Alternatively, the Defendant may post a bond of $2500 cash/surety/10% to withdraw the warrant and a new date will be set.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
