Upon review of Defendant's Motion to Withdraw Warrant, motion is DENIED. Defendant must appear in person to withdraw warrant. Defendant may appear on March 14, 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Berea Municipal Court to withdraw the warrant. In the alternative, the Defendant may post a bond of 1,000 cash/surety/10% and a new court date will be reset.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
