Court staff has emailed and text with the defendant to make arrangements to ensure the defendant has interperter for court. Defendant stated he would have a family memeber contact the court whom is an attorney. The defendant is approved for diversion and was provided an option to review all rights in writting. After multiple attempts to reach defendant court now sets matter for in court hearing.
