03/13/2023 – Upon review of defense “Motion to Dismiss, Renewed”, the Court finds since the pervious oral hearing the only change is regarding the defendant’s plea in the Federal case. The Court has no legal basis to dismiss this matter without the consent of the prosecutor. Motion to Dismiss is Denied.
