The defendant appeared in open court and was advised of the nature of the charge, possible penalties, right to counsel, right to jury/court trial, other rights and the various pleas available.The defendant thereafter entered a plea of NOT GUILTY to the charge. 1) In open court and on the record, the Defendant by plea agreement hereby agrees to pay all court costs of the dismissed action.
2) In open Court and on the record the defendant hereby agrees to be sentenced by a Magistrate.
